REALLY DURABLE
As versatile and complex as the healthcare sector can be, the wishes and variations concerning air treatment can be diverse and specific as well. We can translate your wishes into technical solutions without compromising on quality by using our Liberty air handling units.
DESIGNED FOR YOUR BENEFIT
A completely smooth PET inner wall, double hygienic (VDI 6022) sealing, maximum leak tightness (L1), 70 mm wall thickness and high corrosion resistance are basic properties that make our Liberty air handling units so suitable for the healthcare sector.
WE MAKE IT FIT
Our standard box sizes are suitable for air volumes from 1,000 m³/h to over 100,000 m³/h. We can take the available space on site into account in the design. If the air handling unit is too large to transport or install, we can also assemble it on location.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH VDI 6022
This German hygiene standard describes exactly what requirements an air handling unit must meet. The Liberty air handling units meet most requirements as standard and can be fully configured in accordance with VDI 6022 as desired.
The air treatment system is an important part of the entire package of measures aimed at infection prevention. In an operating department in which a certain pressure hierarchy is required to prevent post-operative wound infections and contamination by germs, stability of the air management, filter class and airtightness of the air treatment system is crucial. An ePM1≥90% filter that can be removed on the dirty side is the basic filter class and is usually supplemented with a HEPA filter in the duct or above the inlet grille. In addition to the high (hygienic) quality requirements, operating costs due to energy consumption and maintenance have a high priority in the selection of air treatment systems. We strive for the highest achievable hygiene through the right choice of materials, an ingenious design, and real craftsmanship during the production process.
