We design and produce specially made-to-measure air handling units for industry. The design focuses on hygiene, resistance and cleanability. The air handling units are designed in accordance with VDI 6022 and have a completely flat and smooth inner surface that is easy to clean and is resistant to cleaning agents containing chemical additives.

DOUBLE SEAL
The composite box wall construction with double panel sealing (with hygiene certificate) is ideally suited for applications with high hygiene requirements.

We can use our Liberty air handling units to translate your wishes into a technical solution without compromising on quality. We have close contact with suppliers of special components. This means we can quickly switch from our basic design to customer-specific solutions such as:

HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE CX EXTREME

• The casing, internal partitions, support profile and even the foundation frame are made of corrosion-resistant, lightweight composite as standard (CX replaces C5i and C5m according to ISO 12944-2).
• Components in the air handling unit can be made of composite, stainless steel 304, 316 or have a protective epoxy coating applied on request.
• All fasteners in stainless steel 304/316 (external/internal).
• Cleaning with chemical cleaners allowed.
• The casing corrosion resistance means less maintenance and subsequently less downtime.
• 12-year warranty on the casing, free of charge and without conditions.

LONG SERVICE LIFE AND LOW OPERATING COSTS
Air handling units in industry are often placed under heavy load. Sometimes 24/7, intensively and in bad conditions. Our proven concept not only promises a long service life, we also guarantee that with a 12-year warranty on the casing. Composite requires less maintenance than metal, which will also reduce operating costs.
