YOUR FOOD SAFETY IS NUMBER ONE
Consumers rightly place high demands on the food and drink they and their pets consume on a daily basis. The conditions under which food is produced, processed, packaged or stored have a direct influence on its quality. Hygiene is no longer a “nice to have”, but an integral part of the product. Well-conditioned clean and bacteria-free air is a necessary condition for a high-quality end product.
“Down time” of the air treatment system represents risks, disrupts your processes, and costs time and money. It can be prevented with the right system choices and the use of high-quality materials. The construction and layout of the components in the air handling unit is also essential. For example, consideration must be given to a sufficient number of inspection sections between the components to enable proper cleaning. Your systems can also be duplicated for the highest operational reliability so your production can continue undisturbed in the event of a breakdown. Proper preventive maintenance also increases operational reliability.
CHEMICALLY CLEANABLE
The Liberty composite air handling units have a completely flat and smooth inner surface that is easy to clean. In addition, it is highly resistant to cleaning agents containing chemical additives. This is not only true for the casing, but also for the internal partitions, support profile and even the foundation frame, which are manufactured as standard from corrosion-resistant, lightweight composite in the corrosion class CX (CX replaces C5-I and C5-M according to ISO 12944-2). Your air handling unit is custom designed in accordance with VDI 6022.
GRIP ON YOUR OPERATING COSTS THROUGH LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS
A hygienic composite air handling unit with a Eurovent energy label A is a good start to achieve low energy costs for your production. An air treatment system in a production process often runs 24/7. In that situation, it is worthwhile to know for sure what the most suitable implementation is for your project. The Life Cycle Cost calculation of Indoor Climate Netherlands provides a lot of certainty here. For example, it is easy to compare up to three different air treatment systems in terms of energy, maintenance and investment costs in each calculation.
